Background

Wishare is a digital advertising company located in California.

Despite that the company has built up their reputation within the local community, the website of the company, is still the primary funnel for potential clients.

While exploring new business opportunities, their website needs a full-scale update to be more compelling to the potential customers.

Problem

How can we provide a better information searching experience for future clients and encourage them reach out to the company?

Solution

So, providing information that clients are interested in and to simplify the contact process for them is of first necessity.

After gathering user insights from the stakeholders and analyzing the data provided by the marketing consultant, I came up with a solution that is aligned with the company's branding strategy.
